At BORAÏA, we want to make delivery simple, flexible, and tailored to our customers in Reunion Island.

We make one delivery round per week. The delivery day is communicated to our customers in advance.

Twice a month, we arrange a face-to-face handover at:

• Sainte-Marie
• Saint-Pierre

Free. Dates are announced in advance via email and on our social media.

Returns and Refunds

You have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason for your decision.

Conditions

• Glasses returned new, unworn
• Complete original packaging, including case and microfiber
• Purchase invoice attached

Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Procedure

1. Write to us at boraia.officiel@gmail.com, stating your order number
2. We will send you the return instructions
3. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return

Non-Conforming Product

If an item has a defect, it is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. You have one month from delivery to file a complaint by email, with supporting photos. Shipping and return costs will then be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.
